I've created two automations: one schedules ticket creation, and the other assigns tickets to a specific group when they're created. However, when the scheduled ticket is created, it doesn't automatically assign to the designated group, nor does it appear in the audit log.
Hi Raymart, at the bottom of the rule details on the assigning automation, do you have the box checked for "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule"? This should do the trick but it looks like you could possibly combine your rules unless there is a reason you are keeping them separate.
