Hello,
I am getting this error in Jira.
Salesforce authorization failed, contact your admin!
How do I switch integration user, looks like integration has left company and we deactivated hi Jira account
It seems you might be using our ServiceRocket Salesforce and Jira connector. Allow me to help you with this.
Based on the error you get, you might be hitting an issue with the Salesforce integration user.
Please refer to this document to fix it:
How to change the Salesforce integration user
You can reauthorize the connection and authorize it again with another Salesforce user.
If you want to check which user is the integration user, please refer to this:
Determine the Salesforce integration user
You can either change the integration user or recover the account password if you don't have it.
If you need anything else please feel free to contact us using our Support Portal using the Contact us button -> Apps Support -> Chat.
Thanks & Regards.

Super helpful Aaron!
It's recommended that I create an Integration user
But I don't see an option Salesforce --> Settings--->On the Settings screen, go to the pull-down menu and search for the Jira user you created in Step 1.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
For Jira Server/DC you need a Jira integration user. For Jira Cloud, you only need a Salesforce integration user.
If you don't see the option you might be using Jira Cloud. Can you confirm that, please?
If you still have problems with the Salesforce user, please chat with us and we can open a ticket for you and jump on a call right away to troubleshoot this issue.
We can also offer guidance on how to use the connector and how to install it.
Thanks & Regards,
Aaron Pavez
