SMTPAddressFailedException: 550 5.7.54 SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domai

Hello,
in the outgoingmail.log i found this error. The to-adress is null.
How can i solve this problem?

thanks for your answer. But in this case the mailitem has no to-adress. How can i change this?

Where is this message coming from, what issue is triggering this error?

Is there a user on that issue it want's to sent email to without an email address?

What are the settings of system setting Outgoing Mail, or is the outgoing mail disabled?

i found this message in the outgoingmail.log. It is a message from the mail error queue. grafik.png
Outgoing mail is enabled. Do you know from which user this messages are sent?

SMTP server issues, this can be security settings, or even as simple as invalid username and password.
