SLA - remove default time goal

Hello
I would like to know if it is possible to remove/deactivate the "goal" SLA by default.

I'm not able to remove or deactivate it from the list and once the 1st SLA is reached then the bottom one starts but I don't want it to start.

I'd just like to have 1 SLA time goal.

@Emmanuel F-D There is no way to remove the all remaining issue rule.   It sounds like your SLA just needs to be adjusted.  Can you share a screenshot of an issue that has the SLA running when you do not want it to run and a screenshot of the SLA Conditions.

As @Brant Schroeder is stating this can't be removed.

We could help you look into the issue that your SLA is not functioning as expected.

Please share the configuration details of the SLA.
