SLA not working

Hi Team,

They changed the name of the Resolved status to Ready to Release. This is why SLAs do not work properly.

I added screenshots.

Hi @Ayfer Gözel 

If you change the SLA configuration to use the new status name Jira will recalculate the SLA for all issues.

Have you tried that?

The SLA already says resolved and this issue is in resolved but the sla is not working.
