SLA associated to a workflow

Deleted user June 23, 2021

If I remove an Enhancement workflow to a scheme, will it remove all the tickets & SLAs associated with it? One user requested to update the Enhancement & Informational workflow but it is being shared to multiple projects. What we did is to copy the Enhancement and modified it. But in order to associate it to the current scheme, we need to remove the current workflow.

Also, how can i check the SLA associated to a workflow?

Thanksss

You cannot remove a workflow from a workflow scheme without replacing it with another one (even if the new one is simply the default workflow)

SLAs and issues are not part of a workflow, so no, they won't be removed.

There is no "check SLA associated to workflow" - there's no association.  But the SLA may be reading things from the workflow for an issue, so you should check what the SLA says to see if your new workflow changes what it should be looking at.
