SLA and Customer Portal Permission

Hi

I held ORG-ADMIN role, but I can't access SLA and Customer Portal, what global permission or project permission to allow me to access them?

Hi Win, can you see either the Portal settings, or the SLA section in the Project Settings?

You may need to add yourself as an Admin in the People section of the Project settings.

Site admins are able to modify the Project settings, but you'll actually need to add yourself to the project as an Admin to make some changes.
