We have a few Service Management Projects for internal employees related to HR and finance related queries by employees to respective team.
COO has an EA that needs access to SLA report for these projects. We don't want EA to have access to the confidential information in issues/requests created by employees for HR and finance team.
Is there a permission level that we can assign to EA which has access to SLA report with request count, SLA Met, SLA Not met, Overdue requests etc without giving access to view actual requests?

I had a thought about using the Service Report gadget on the Dashboard, but unfortunately the data from this report would not show up unless you give them access to the Project, thus giving access to view the requests which is not what you wanted.
So because of such limitation of our native functionalities, I'm wondering if you could give our marketplace apps a try. You can find a list of the relevant apps here that I already filtered for you: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=sla%20report
You can have a trial period for each app, and if you have questions about the app itself, you can reach out directly to our vendors. Hope this helps!
