I Have set up the SLA's and they were display perfectly fine when viewing the ticket in the queue
I have logged a ticket again, when i view the ticket in the ticket queue, it doesn't show the SLA field
Any ideas what has changed as I haven't touched anything

I would check how your SLA's are configured. It's possible that the ticket not showing the SLA's doesn't match the JQL for any of the defined goals.
