SLA Breach automation with if/else rules

Ben Øye October 21, 2022

Hello Community,

Im working on a SLA Breach automation, the basic version of it works, but I want to extend it with som additional rules.

Case: We have as of now 8-9 SLA customers, I want the automation to send message to individual MS Teams channels via webhooks so that each customer has their own channel, and relevant people to receive the notification in each channel.

Problem: As soon as I add a IF rule to it, it will not work, I want to set up IF company = this, send notification to that for each company

Edit: I changed IF rule from Organization match to requester match, then it worked, need to do some digging. If anyonye have any inputs its still applicable.. :)

Edit 2: I have another automation with notification to MS Teams when the SLA case is created, and that works as it should by Organization, slightly annoying problem to have.
