good morning,
I already discovered the problem, my problem.
I'm creating rules that after a transaction is carried out in Jira Service, it creates a new issue in Jira Work. In this way, the following follows,
When issue transitioned
From
Open
I'm
In Analysis
Then, Create a new
my issue name
in
my project name.
The problem is that I am applying this rule to several situations, and whenever any task is changed from open to analyze it creates all of which the rule is initially defined as such.
Any solution?
Please share your rule screenshot and rule scope to identify the problem.
Sharing your rule and all its detail will give community members better insight in your request and the possibility to find a solution regarding your question.
