Rule that copies fields from an existing label in JSW to another label existing in JWM

I aim to copy fields from a label created in JSW to an existing label in JWM.

Example:

the customer submits a label in JSW by responding to a questionnaire, and sends it, a rule copies the completed fields and creates a label in JWM, when finished the customer submits a new satisfaction label again, I want a rule that copies these fields to the same label created in JWM.
