Role of Service Desk Team and Service Desk Customer

May i know what is the difference between role Service Desk Team and Service Desk Customer?

Hi @Ken Shum , 

 

these are different roles : 

  • Service Desk Team is for the Jira Service Management agents that will answer issues raised on your portal
  • Service Desk Customer is for your Portal users, they will create issues for your support team
