Restrict access to users on certain request typ

Hello,

here is my problem.

I have a Service project where I manage, potentially, some confidential information.

I would like people to open or be tagged in certain tickets and make those tickets available to the reporter, the assignee and the people with whom the ticket is either shared or that are tagged in the comments.

I need to do this only to a specific subset of request types and only in one project.

This is not possible at the moment, unless you have a separate project that the subset of users have access to. There is a suggestion to allow you to hide request types except for specific users, see JSDCLOUD-195, that you can vote on and follow.
