Looking for a way to restrict ticket types/ request types on the portal by a security group? Is that possible?
I agreed with @Mikael Sandberg statement, currently is not possible out of the box. I believe you can take a look at this third party add-on that may provide you with the functionality - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218481/refined-for-jira-cloud?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Currently there is an outstanding existing enhancement request at Atlassian hand, I would recommend you to add yourself as a watcher of the issue - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-195
