Hi All,
In my project I have 3 parties and I want each party to only be able see ticket shared with the relavant party. What happens is that each party is able to see all tickets in the project.
How to configure this in Issue Security Scheme ?
Any thoughts ?
Hi @Touqeer Anjum ,
You can read about it in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Thanks @Dave Mathijs and @Shaik Rafi
@Shaik Rafi Can I know how to associate the level to the ticket ?

You need to grant the Set issue security permission to a group of internal users. Or you change the security level of the issue to a specific level when assigning it to a specific party f.e.
Once the security level is set on the issue, the issue can only be seen by the members of that security level.

Create 3 levels in the issue security scheme.
For ex: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3.., these 3 levels for 3 parties, and add required party members in the levels, and associate those levels in the tickets. So that, particular party members can only able to see their issues.

WIthin your Issue Security Scheme, you create a Security Level for each party.
Create a Group per party with the relevant users.
Use this group to add to the security level of the relevant party.
Don't forget to add other groups who need to see the issue as well (f.e. internal groups, management, ...)
