I am trying to set up a workflow to where the resolution options are different depending if the ticket is going to status 'Closed without Work' or 'Done'. Is that doable?
Hi @Ben Weisman - Yes. On your transition, you would add the following property:
jira.field.resolution.include
You'll need the id of each resolution type. Conversely, you can use jira.field.resolution.exclude if it's easier to remove resolution options than it would be to add.

Another approach beside to what @Mark Segall suggested is for you to customize the WF where you have two separate terminal statuses for your issues: "Closed without Work" and "Done". In each of the transition to those statuses, you can add a post function call to set your desired resolution value (if there is just one resolution option that you want to applied).
This means that when issues move into those statuses, there may not be a need for a pop-up window for users to select the resolution value.
