Resolution Customer Notification - change to email template

We send customer email notifications when an issue is created, commented on and resolved. 

The resolution email has a section on 'How was our service for this request?' which i need to remove from the template. We currently are not using the customer portal and this survey automatically redirects the customer to the portal we have turned off.

You need to disable the 'Customer Satisfaction' option in your project.

Go to Project Settings > Satisfaction Settings > Disable the option "Collect satisfaction (CSAT) feedback"
