Is there a way to reset Dashboard so that the data used for testing purposes is not including in results once a project is complete.  i.e. Pie Chart gadget.

@lapacquah_bryant dashboards gadgets data is fed by filters.  Is all you need to do is change the filter to exclude certain projects or issues.

@lapacquah_bryant -

In addition to what @Brant Schroeder suggested, you can also consider to duplicate the original dashboard and its associated gadgets configurations (filters), Afterward, you can change the original dashaboard sharing option to private for recording keeping.

In your copied dashboard, then you can follow Brant's suggestion and update gadget's filters to reflect the issue/projects exclusion.

Hope this also helps.

Thank you.

How do I duplicate is that "Copy" Dashboard.  Also is this in the View All Dashboard section?

Can I also rename the original Dashboard we used for testing prior and make the copied version the main Dashboard moving forward.

Here is how both from the dashboard itself or from "View All Dashboard" section -

From the dashboard itself -

Access the dashboard and then click on the "..." button to select the Copy option.

From the "View All Dashboard" section -

Find your specific dashboard in the list and then click on the "..." button to select Copy dashboard option.

When you copy the dashboard, it will automatically append "Copy of" to the original dashboard name.  You can just change it to whatever you desired.  To rename an existing dashboard after it is created, just put the dashboard in the edit mode.  In the edit UI, click on the "..." button and select "Rename or Share" option to update your dashboard's name.
