Required help for fullfilling the requirement

Hi,

  I am trying to reproduce same scenario in my Jira application

  But I am got getting the expected output.

My Automation rule

I am getting as No action performed when the scheduler run.

Any help please ??

Hello @Guru 

Click on the "Show More" to the right of "No Actions Performed" to view the details of the Audit Log entry. That will give you information on why no actions were performed in the rule. I would guess it is because the Organizations field is in fact empty in all the issues that are retrieved by the Schedule trigger.
