I want to fetch “ResolvedBy” and “Resolution Comments” in JIRA automated email that will be sent to customers when their reported issues are resolved.
I am using DataCenter version and have already configured “ResolvedBy” field through automation but now I want this field to be configured in customer notifications.

Your tags say cloud but you mention DataCenter but I believe the same 'rules' apply and only the following options are available to be added to customer notifications:
