I have a custom field, it is a dropdown with Yes or No.
Users have the ability to edit this field on any ticket.
It is modifiable directly on the issue screen.
Is it possible to require a comment as soon as this field is changed to Yes?
ex. I change the field (which defaults to No) to Yes. I want a pop up box to show, which requires me to enter a comment as to why I changed it to Yes.
I do not want this to be part of the workflow, as the users can edit this field at any time.
Is this possible?
