Hi,
I have a custom field, it is a dropdown with Yes or No.
Users have the ability to edit this field on any ticket.
It is modifiable directly on the issue screen.
Is it possible to require a comment as soon as this field is changed to Yes?
ex. I change the field (which defaults to No) to Yes. I want a pop up box to show, which requires me to enter a comment as to why I changed it to Yes.
I do not want this to be part of the workflow, as the users can edit this field at any time.
Is this possible?

We have the similar requirement we need to make comment required when date picker field is modified.
Can you guys please provide me the script which you used for your requirement I can check once for my reference.
