We had our Service desk (Team-managed service management) getting emails to issues from our company mail directly. Since we changed password on the email it stoped working. Now we removed the email adress and tried to add it again and now we don*t know how to do it.
In Audit log it says:
Custom email channel turned off
Custom Email settings deleted
Need help please.

Have you followed the steps on Add a custom email account in team-managed projects? You should be able to reconnect your custom email account by following the steps to link your account again.
