Hello,
I have two emails currently set up to receive email requests.
I want to use one of them to receive tickets from users and I want to link the other to receive automated tickets for HR requests. But when I go to Configure email request types I can see all other request types, except the HR category. The HR category is active for our project. I tried setting up automation for the Request type change, but I want to avoid this.
Any suggestions on how to make the HR category visible in the Configure email request types drop-down list?

Does the HR request have any required fields besides the summary field? Emailed requests cannot have any required fields, so if any other fields besides the summary are required they will not show up when you are selecting the request type.

Thank you for your suggestions. It turned out that the Description field was missing from the request fields and once I added it I can set HR up as an email request type.
