Dear Jira Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. Recently, my account was deactivated because the number of users in my workspace exceeded the limit for the Free plan. However, I have since removed several users, and the total number is now within the allowed limit of eight users.
I kindly request you to reactivate my account so I can continue using Jira under the Free plan. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your support, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards, Maryam Nasiri

Hi @maryam nasiry and welcome to the Community!
Here in the Community, most of us are Atlassian users - like yourself - who don't have the superpowers to access your site and manipulate your account. I can try to involve Atlassian support if you're stuck and can't raise a support ticket directly (which is probably the case, since you're on a free plan), but can you clarify your problem a bit more? There's a couple of things that could use some explanation ...
The free plan has a limit of 10 users (not 8). But apart from that, you say that you have been able to remove users from your site. That is only possible if you were still able to access your site's admin console and that your site is still active. So I don't quite understand what you want to be reactivated. Are you talking about your site? About your user account on your site? Something else? If you are not sure, can you describe what you are trying to do, what is not working for you and what symptoms you experience? That might us help guide you better.
In the meantime, see this post about reactivating your (suspended?) account:
Most likely, you will be in the last scenario. If you need help creating a support ticket, just let me know so I can loop in the support team.
Hope this helps!
