In our company we need to allow clients to add request participants themself. As I see only internal users can add this field.
Is there any possibility to let clients to do it?
Customers may add requests participants by clicking share, which will appear as a button on the request after creation.
Also you may use customer organization to allow all members of an organization to share requests together.
