I have build one request form while using Service Management and i want to share the URL to non-JIRA users. (i,e who are not added in JIRA). Will the person able to open the form and submit the requested details.
If yes, Pls share the steps,
Hi @Arvind ,
In your Jira Service management project, go to Project settings --> Request types
Create the Request type as required by adding fields to the form and mapping it to the Issue types.
Now go to Project settings --> Customer permission --> Select Open under "Channel access" --> Click Save
Further You can select who to be your customer i.e. Internal Organization users or Any users from Admin settings --> Products --> Jira Service Management --> Customer Access
Details in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/change-global-customer-permissions/
You can also enable Email requests so that users who drop email linked to the project and jira creates the tickets.
