When I am in Jira Service Management screen and click on Create Issue, if I select Issue Type as Incident, it should show only Request Types in the drop which create Incidents. But as of now the drop down list for Request Types shows all the available request types.
Is there a way to achieve this functionality.

That is true, my requirement is while creating a request from JSM Agent screen.
I want only the request types of select issue type to be shown. Is there a way we can achieve it.
