I am looking at reporting more on we as a company preform using Jira support desk and if there is any way we can report on this within the system.
The fields we are looking at are:
volumes
activity type
average handling time
contact concurrency
contact routes
Is this possible with the reporting element in Jira support desk, At the moment I cannot see how to make additional reports other than what is there at the moment.
