If you get an email from a spam system like this, the quickest and easiest way to get it fixed is forward the email to abuse@atlassian.com  - you don't need to explain it, just forward the the whole thing.  This gets a review of the system into Atlassian's support queue faster than asking here or raising a support request!

Bonjour, j'ai payé 750 euros sur ce site . Puis ils m'ont bloqué lelandemain sans raisons sans explication meme après plusieurs tentatives de contact. C'est pas possible . Faire attention!!!

Not sure what the reason for your question is, but if you want to report a Scam that's related to Atlassian products you should probably get in contact with the Atlassian support rather than the community.
