Report Menu for JIRA Assets

I have upgraded my JIRA license from standard to premium so I can get access to JIRA Asset Management.
Apart from configuring and inputting Assets, I also need reports on Assets that have been inputted.
But I couldn't find the Report menu on JIRA Assets, while in the JIRA documentation I found information about the Report menu on JIRA Assets.
Why isn't the Report menu found in my JIRA Asset menu, do I have to upgrade to Enterprise?
If so, where can I find the menu?
Regards and thank you.

Hi @ade_rusyana Reports for Assets are available in Atlassian Analytics (Enterprise plan).

Hi Dave, thanks for your answer

@Dave Mathijs How can we get Asset data without being on Enterprise? This is an extremely core requirement of any asset management system. Even a CSV Export.

On the Premium plan, you are able to export Asset data from the bulk actions menu when viewing an object type. This will allow you to configure the structure of your export as well.

If this does not fit your needs I would recommend searching the Marketplace for an Asset Reporting application. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to any app in particular.

Hi @ade_rusyana

It is also possible to build any of assets reporting in Power BI/Tableau.

If you're open to consider this option, take a look at our integration apps: Power BI Connector for Jira / Tableau Connector for Jira. Both of them allow to export Assets data to the relevant BI tool for further report building.

Hope this helps. Good luck with your reports! :)
