Hello All,
I'm curious to know if there is a way to shut off Slack threads for ticket updates.
Example: I work strictly out of JSM website and address tickets there. I constantly get Slack threads for each update. It's redundant and way too noisy.
Any suggestions are much appreciated!
If you are the full admin for your site and env, then you just need to turn off the integration between JSM/Slack. This type of integration is not setup out of the box.
Hope this helps.

Thanks, unfortunately, that would turn it off for everyone, right?
I'm looking to do this just for me :/

Unfortunately, that will be the case based on my understanding. You can either reach out to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) or Slack support for further assistance to see if the Slack notification can be disable at the individual user basis.
Best, Joseph
