Removed customer e-mails offer in ticket's fields Request participants and Reporter

Hi,

The customer has several accounts (emails) in the project. In the project settings Access/People and access I removed unnecessary e-mails. However, when entering values ​​in the Reporter and Request participant fields, the removed accounts are offered. How can I ensure that only the unremoved account is offered?

Thanks, but this is a way to deactivate JIRA users, not customers.

When you click on Settings (cog wheel) > User management, are those users appearing there as well. If those users are appearing there as well, you need to deactivate them from there.
