Remove request participants in customer portal

In the customer Portal a customer can share a ticket within his organisation. but how he can remove an added request participants. The admin have the ability to remove ist , but not the customer

Hi @Kai Krause, customers should be able to remove participants. Which version are you in, and what's your customer permissions configuration?

Hi,

 

the customers can share within there organisation in the portal. That works. 

But customers have no option to remove the participants in the portal . An admin has a remove link . I assume that some right is missing for the customer . But where ?

The customer permissions settings. Go to Project Settings > Customer permissions > Who can customers share requests with?

To allow customers to remove other customers, you need to select any option other than "Other customers in their organization".
