Hello,
since the change in user rights for JSM, anytime someone in our company joins JIRA they also get customer acces to JSM.
We do not want that at the moment.
I checked and it's a default group and you need one for customer access. How can I solve this, apart from manually deleting the user from the group afterwards.
Thanks
Thanks for your answer. I am an admin. My issue is that I do not want to add any new customer to JSM. I found where it was used - for Any domain people were getting JSM customer without approval.
As I understand on your JSM project a default group is part of the role Customers.
SO this group is in Atlassian Administration, probably Atlassian Administration is setup with you user directory.
So nay new user will also be available in Atlassian Administration, within this configuration probably a new user is auto added to the group that is set to the customer role in your JSM project.
If you are not a site or org admin, please check with them how the setup in Atlassian admin is made.
