David Romailler November 6, 2020

My problem is: i have users with an account JIRA in my customer project and i can't delete it.

They are not in the list of Administration => Jira service desk and not in the list of Project settings => User.

Do you know how i can to removes they??

I didn't find solution on the Community help.

Are they defined as customers?

if so you can find them in the project under "Customers"

Hi,

Thank you for you return.

They aren't defined as customers in the project settings. 2020_11_06_12_15_35_Boîte_de_réception_david.romailler_jpl.ch_Outlook.jpg

But they are in the project customers

HI @David Romailler ,

If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com, there  choose "Products" and then on the left side go to "JIRA Service Desk"

There you can find the "portal only customers"

Hi,

do you talk about this menu ??

Because i don't have the service desk menu.

The users are not in the Jira service management list.

Best regards.

The Service Desk menu was changed today in to Service Management it seems.

If they don't appear there and they are not defined with the "Service Desk Customer" role then I have no idea anymore.

Hi,

i found the problem.

They was in a group added in the Permission Scheme => Browse Projects.
When i has remove them to the group they was removed from the customers settings.

Best regards.

@David Romailler Great

I was racking my brain trying to figure this one out. I guess you also have that group then defined with the Servicedesk Customer role?

Thanks for updating your question with the solution!
