Hi Lucas, I apologize if something got lost in translation. I'm no expert on Automation, but I believe if you look at the Automation Templates (Project Settings / Automation / Templates) you'll see a template for something like balanced workload. (I think it's the first one under IT Service Management). That probably can be copied and altered by adding the organization as a condition and then assigning it to the group of people in the list.
At least I think it would work, I just don't have the capacity to write it and test it at the moment.
