References From People using Jira SM for External Customers

Hi I am looking to get a couple of references preferably in NZ or Australia from Businesses using Jira Service Management for supporting external customers. 

We are currently using Jira Software with our dev teams and are looking to move to Jira Service Management for our support teams but would like to have a couple of 10-15min reference calls with businesses  using it for external customer support.

Yes I heard from the partner but I ended up contacting another partner and so far have completed 1 ref still waiting to hear if they have another for us.

No luck so far and it's a deal breaker for us to get 1 more reference hoping someone could help us.
