Recover SLA reports

Rick Perks March 24, 2021

Hi there,

Some doofus (no names) deleted all of the SLA reports from my service management project.  Where can I find out how the standard SLA reports are defined so I can re-enter them?

Thanks

Hello Rick,

Here is a list of default SLA's in JSM

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-default-reports/

Here you can find how to set them, you'll notice that documentation is for the server but it's the same in the cloud

https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/setting-up-service-project-reports-939926426.html

And here is a general documentation about SLA's

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-service-level-agreements-slas/

If you need help re-creating a report or you need to create a custom report, just write and will help you.

BR, Olga
