Its possible to remove all emails of my domain @skyinfotechltd.com from suppression list?
Users are not receiving email notifications no of Jira when people answer tickets or tagged comments.
I found a number of users that were being suppressed by our notification system. Many of them had an SMTP bounce reply of
550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. [DS1PEPF00017099.namprd05.prod.outlook.com 2024-02-28T11:25:00.359Z 08DC37026FA8B953]
This is a known problem with some Office/Outlook 365 clients. We have a guide on how you can help to prevent this happening again in the future over in Unblocking Office365 emails for Atlassian Cloud - Atlassian Community
I have cleared the suppressions from our side to all users on that domain, but I would recommend walking through those steps to prevent this happening again.
