Hi, when a ticket in jira service desk gets closed, it sends off an email, and it takes the $Recipient.name and also fills in the same name of adam@mobiletek.com. I dont see anywhere in Jira where Adam is setup ( He was a previous employee ). How can I get rid of that, and stop it from always using that name, and to just send a message to the person who opened the actual ticket? It must be getting it from somewhere.

Can I change it to the reporter?

thanks

Hi @Scott,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The first place I would look is under Project settings > Customer notifications and the Request resolved notification to see if the email is in there.
