Realice a Request via Email

Hi everyone, im Santi and i have a question about our process of ingestion of client's request. Our process is the follow: some clients make a request or "create a issue" via email of the SOC. With the tool XSOAR, we take that requests and create a issue in Jira Service Managment. The problem is in Jira, one time we asociate a Issue with a Reporter (Customer), that issue does not apear in the Client Portal. In short, i see the trouble in the API of Jira, or idk if the problem is in some configuration inside of JSM. Any information or idea about this, is welcome. Should be added i have the free plan in mi JSM, but in the seccion of "Biling" i didnt see any limitation about that. Thank you!
