Would anyone be willing to share resources/screenshots/notes/videos on workflows that you have in place starting with Feature request intake all the way through development and release?
I really like how Atlassian solicits suggestions so users can vote and watch issues, as well as the ability for the end user to comment on the suggestions.
We currently intake feature requests within Jira Service Management and they are then cloned to a separate Jira project in which they then go through a review process on a Feature Request board. Ideally, I'd like to do something similar, but also give transparency/access to see the feature requests by our end users.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
