So as the title, can someone point me in the right direction as to how to add additional reasons to the ticket completion menu?
I want to add a Rejected option!
I initially created an additional workflow option called Rejected, but its not as neat as adding an extra option to the official complete response drop down menu!
@[deleted] You will need to update the global resolutions.
1. Click on the Gear (settings) upper right hand corner
2. Select Issues from the drop-down
3. Scroll down the list on the left side of the page until you see Resolutions
4. Click on Resolutions and add the resolution of your choice.

It appears you want to add a new resolution value. To do this if you are a system admin go into the administration section under issues you will find resolutions in there you can configure new resolutions and rearrange what already exists. Understand that this is a global field and all values will be exposed to all projects by default.

Cheers mate, I'm glad you mentioned the bit about it effecting all projects! Last time we messed around with global settings our dev guys got a bit grumpy cuz it messed with theirs also hehe
