I'm using Jira Cloud Servicedesk. I want to change the values available in the Impact and Urgency fields. Is this possible?

I am not familiar with these two fields specifically. They are either custom fields or possibly system fields for a specific JSM template that I'm not currently using.
To see if they are custom fields and edit the presented values type "gg" and enter custom.. select custom fields. Search for these fields if found click on ellipses on right and select context. In the resulting screen edit the values.
