We have on the over some time now, experienced that some users suddenly can't created tickets via email.
One user that could create a ticket via email one day, 2 days after, no tickets is created.
The mail is coming into our mailbox, jira marks it as read, but then it just ends there. No ticket is created.
We have tried to look in the logs, but we can't find anything.
If you go in and delete the user completely, so they are no where in our Jira, then ask the user to try again, and then it works. But we need to delete completely.
The mail setting is set to that everyone can create a ticket via email, so there should not be any problems there.
Does anyone some hints on what we need could look at, to resolve this issue?
