I have added a new field "Organizations" to the All open tickets queue listing in JSM like this. However, I cannot click up arrow or down arrow to sort the Organizations column. Could anyone clarify why this is the case and if I can fix it ?
Unfortunately, the field Organization is not sortable, that's why it's not possible to sort it on the Queue or using JQL.
I would recommend you to add yourself as a watcher on the following enhancement request -
