Queues > All open tickets (PARENT)

Hi,

 

I'm running a service management project and where I have the tickets showing I have the 'parent' field active to show a link to a trigger call, what I would like to do is for this to show the KEY and not the SUMMARY, is this possible?

This one can be ignored now - I amended the selected columns from PARENT to LINKED ISSUES.

Hi Mark,

Welcome to the community!
All you need to do is go and edit the queue to select the appropriate columns to be displayed

As per the image, what I want to do is for the parent link text to show the trigger issue key.
