Queue sort - Organizations

Hello,

I went to Edit Queue and added Organizations in the Columns view.

The rest default fields can be sorted but not the Organizations that I just added.

 

Please advise how to make Organizations also sortable.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The field Organization is not sortable, that's why it's not possible to sort it on the Queue or using JQL.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

Welcome to the Community!

There are no new updates regarding this feature.

I found a page internally that has some details that they are gathering for this feature. The thing is that the Organization field is a multi-value custom field, so they are checking what would be the best approach for that.

Once our product managers have an update, they will post it on the ticket.
