Question about functionality

Hello,
Our company wants to start using Jira Service Management, but we didn't find important possibilities. They are:
1. We need to associate information about customers and customers' accounts. Something like a customer ID. Could we associate the customer's ID to email? Maybe some comments associated with a client email? When a user opens a customer request it needs to see the associated ID, something like the word "accountx".
2. We need to use ready-made text templates that users could use for quick answers. For example, "Please allow access to your computer for setup" etc.

Have you such functionality or maybe any third provider apps?

@Anastasiia Answers:

  1. Jira Service Management has a fairly simple customer and organization concept, but it may be sufficient to your needs.
    1. If it is not enough, you could try modeling your customers with Insight objects and link objects to your tickets.
  2. JSM also supports canned responses.
